To my readers:

I’m thinking of changing the direction of this blog slightly, to include health foods which can be made at home, or which can be grown. Most of these will probably include plants which I grow and use on my own in the health foods (hopefully). Will you guys be interested in seeing posts on these?

Some examples will be my kombucha post, and probably future posts on kefir grains, and on making fruit enzymes etc.

Do let me know your thoughts. Would greatly appreciate them. =)
